4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL USER INFORMATION

The service operates in the background (invisible) mode and analyzes the technical parameters of the device and user behavior to verify whether the action is being performed by a real person.

Purpose and legal basis for processing:

  • The check is carried out to ensure the security of the web resource, the stable operation of the server infrastructure, and the prevention of spam (in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR - the legitimate interest of the site owner).

List of technical data that can be transmitted:
